Give Ter Stegen a chance.' said one fan, with another stating, 'It’s about time Ter Stegen becomes a starter.<br/><br/>And another who simply asked, 'They benching Ter Stegen for this?'<br/><br/>However, perhaps the best reasoning behind Neuer's mistake came from the fan who claimed Real Madrid's Joselu was to blame. <br/><br/>The Spanish striker scored two goals past Neuer in the Champions League final, and they stated that he ended the Bayern stopper. <br/><br/>It will be the goalie's eighth tournament for the national team, having made his international debut in 2010.<br/><br/>In 2014 he was part of the squad that won the World Cup in Brazil and was named goalie of the tournament.
