Pinoy PWDs join Paris Olympics<br/><br/>Daisy Jane Omega and Brylle Samgel Arombo banner the flag for People With Disabilities (PWDs) as they are two of the nine Filipinos selected from 112 applicants to be volunteers at the Paris Olympics slated from July 26 to Aug. 11, 2024. As volunteers, Omega and Arombo will be committee assistants and sports facilitators in different sporting associations or institutions for their civic service missions. Omega and Arombo both wear prosthetic right knees. The film was completed in 2015 and submitted it to a selection of international film festivals over the following months. During this time, it was exclusively available to all funders that contributed via our private production blog.
